Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7 flat rate shipping for standard shipping and $12 Flat rate shipping for express to the U.S.
For free shipping: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
Rate shipping: We offer rate shipping for all international orders. International shipping is calculated based off your location. Taxes and duties may apply.
Local Pick-ups
Free local pick up is available for orders in the Bolivia, NC area.
If an order is placed for pick-up We will text you with the phone number provided at checkout for a scheduled pick up time. If no number is supplied at checkout, we will email you to schedule a pick up time. Please note orders for pick up may not always be ready if you do not schedule a pick up time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop520south.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition with tags, and we will provide store credit of the full order amount minus the shipping costs of the original purchase. If an exchange of sizes is what is needed we will process the order as a return, in which the item can be repurchased by the customer in the correct size they need. You then have 15 days for us to receive your item from the time we send you your return label.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop520south@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
